Orthoceros in Sterling Silver

$60.00Price
  • Orthoceras was an ancient mollusk that lived between 370 to 450 million years ago. The name means straight horn, referring to the characteristic long, straight, conical shell. The preserved shell is all that remains of this ancestor of our modern-day squid. This fossil has been skillfully wrapped in Sterling Silver wire, and hangs from an 18" matching black silk cord for immediate wearability.

Pendant measures 80mm from top to bottom and 22mm at it's widest.
